Your role as a Revenue Marketing Manager at Movella
As Revenue Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing and lead generation activities to support Movella’s sales efforts. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to optimize marketing spend and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand generation strategies, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in multichannel marketing campaigns with a focus on outbound and inbound lead generation. This role will significantly impact driving the sales pipeline across all segments, ensuring a strong return on investment. You will be part of the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Director. You will be based in Enschede.
Key responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and track demand and lead generation strategies across multiple channels
· Ensure accurate lead data management and tracking (using Hubspot & SalesForce)
· Drive sales pipeline with outbound and ABM campaigns
· Measure and optimize marketing spend and ROI, driving marketing efficiencies
· Create high impact reports and present progress regularly to Marketing, Sales, and Management
· Collaborate cross functionally to drive campaigns and actions
