Your role as a Senior Account Executive at Movella
As our Senior Account Executive Entertainment, you will be responsible for managing existing (key) accounts and generating leads and new business for our Entertainment business in the EMEA region. You are an agent for professional sales with a strong focus on results and you will partner with our Product Specialist, Customer Support, Marketing and Operations to be the driving force behind the growth of our Entertainment customer base and revenues. You will be part of the Sales team and report to the Entertainment Line of Business Director.
Key challenges:
- Responsible for generating new opportunities by following the complete sales process with new and existing (Key) Accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives to support sales.
- Develop and conduct specific business development activities to grow emerging markets together with our marketing team.
- Submit short and long-range sales plans, prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs.
- Monitor and analyze customer’s requirements of our products and provide input for product development.
Job requirements
The right candidate will have extensive experience and a strong track record in international sales. Written and verbal communication skills and fluent English are a must. This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional with technical acumen, who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. Also, we are looking for a professional with:
- Min. 10 years’ experience and proven success in international B2B sales in a (high) tech environment
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Successful completion of a professional sales training program is required
- Proven sales hunter and closer mentality, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Proactive work attitude to solve problems and looks for opportunities to take on more responsibility
- The ability to plan and execute on a tight schedule
- Knowledge, understanding and experience with respect to modern CRM tools
- Superb sales and customer service skills with a sense of urgency
- Well organized, disciplined and professional sales funnel management
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English proficiency, other languages a plus
- Ability to travel in the assigned region up to 50% of time.
