Your role as a Senior Channel Manager at Movella

As our Channel Manager Health & Sports, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth in the APAC region. This role involves working closely with partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.


Our products are used in all kinds of highly interesting, innovative sports and health related fields, e.g., movement analysis, kinesiology assessments, human performance tracking, ergonomics and sport consultancy. In this role you will be an agent for professional sales, with a strong focus on results. You will be working closely with our Sales and Technical Support teams, Implementation Specialists and Customer Success, Marketing and Operations teams, to be the driving force behind the growth of our partner base and revenues in APAC.


Your worklocation will be our office in Enschede, the Netherlands. You will be traveling to the APAC region on a regular basis. We are open to consider a hybrid or remote way of working. 


Key challenges:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Build strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to drive loyalty and increase sales
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each channel partner, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives to support channel partners
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to sell our products
  • Track and analyze the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and feedback to optimize their sales efforts
  • Work with channel partners to engage with end customers, providing product demonstrations, technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Job requirements


The right candidate will have extensive experience and a strong track record in international channel sales. You have excellent interpersonal skills while having a strong affinity to sensor applications and data analytics in health sectors by experience or by education.

Written and verbal communication skills and fluent English are a must, as is IT literacy. This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional with technical acumen, who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. Also we are looking for a professional with:

  • Min. 5-10 years of experience and proven success in B2B sales in (high) tech in Health or Sports, with a focus on channel or partner sales
  • Degree or experience related to Kinesiology, Movement Sciences, Biomechanics, Physiotherapy or a closely related field is a plus
  • Knowledge and work experience with sensor applications in sports or health markets is a plus
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience with respect to modern CRM tools (SF.com)
  • The ability to plan and execute on a tight schedule
  • Proactive work attitude to solve problems and looks for opportunities to take on more responsibility
  • Customer centric with a strong focus on independent business development actions and result driven
  • Well organized, disciplined and professional sales funnel management
  • Analytical, written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel in an assigned region at least 30% of time.
