Your role as a Salesforce Administrator at Movella

Our Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining Movella’s Salesforce platform. This role is crucial for the organization to ensure that Salesforce is optimized for the business and that users can effectively utilize its features. Another important aspect is to create and maintain dashboards to create visibility and reports to drive decisions on revenue.

You will be part of the Operations team and report to the Customer Service Manager.


You will be based in Enschede, the Netherlands. Hybrid work is available, but this role requires a minimum of three days per week on-site at our office in Enschede.


Key challenges:

  • Develop and maintain Sales Force process documentation, and training materials to ensure consistent execution across all SF users.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SF methodologies, tools, and processes, providing guidance and support to sales teams as needed.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, provide support and training for Salesforce users.
  • System Configuration:
    • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
    • Implement process automation features like flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Data Management:
    • Import, export, and maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
    • Regularly clean and deduplicate data.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders, including but not limited to our Executive team.
    • Liaise with FP&A on reporting and revenue forecasting.
    • Analyze business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Identify and resolve issues within the SF platform.
    • Work with the Salesforce support team as needed for escalated issues.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, and procedures.
    • Update training materials for users.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Support) to align Salesforce functionality with business needs.
    • Coordinate with 3rd party developers on more complex integrations or development tasks.

You have:

  • Education: BSc degree in Engineering Management, Business Management or related.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification preferred.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
    • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
