Your role as a Marketing Manager at Movella

The Xsens sensors are known for precision, robustness, ease of integration and reliability, and we’re looking for a strategic – but also ‘hands-on’ Marketing Manager to help us amplify that message across the globe. For the A&M business line, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, execution, and performance. You’ll own the full marketing funnel — from brand positioning and content creation to inbound lead generation and sales enablement.

 

This is a role that blends strategic thinking with tactical execution and operational excellence. Marketing colleagues from Entertainment and Health & Sports business lines will help you get started and you will have regular meetings with them, since there are also overlap market segments.

You will report directly to the Line of Business Director. Working hybrid is an option, however we would prefer a candidate who is available to work onsite at least three days a week. You currently live or are open to relocating within a 75 km radius of our office in Enschede.

 

Key challenges :

Strategic & Tactical

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget for the A&M business line

  • Define brand positioning and product messaging across the market segments

  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales and product management to align marketing efforts with business goals

  • Plan and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for product launches and updates. Coordinate across teams (sales, product, channel, support) to ensure successful product rollouts

  • Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality

 

Operational & Execution

  • Digital Marketing: outbound campaigns, website updates, email/newsletters, SEO/SEA and social media presence, webinars

  • Product Marketing: Product/application content creation, execute lead generation campaigns, ensure building sales funnel, but also develop compelling marketing assets (datasheets, flyers, videos, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers)

  • Events: Budget & plan, execute with PM/Sales colleagues

  • Partner Marketing: Coordinate product marketing with Distributors and co-marketing partners

Job requirements

Movella is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager. Someone who thrives in an environment where initiative is highly appreciated. You have:

  • A ‘can-do’ and pro-active mindset, focused on concrete deliverables

  • Proven track record in lead generation, content marketing, and brand development

  • Strong communications skills and a flair for storytelling

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a high-tech B2B environment

  • You understand what is needed to market a high-tech product

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related

  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaigns, email platforms,..)
