Your role as a Social Media & Community Specialist at Movella


As our Social Media and Community Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong community around our products across digital channels and offline. You will also take a lead in driving compelling content for our Social Media platforms.

You will be part of the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Director. This position will be located in Enschede, the Netherlands.


Key challenges :

  • Grow and engage Movella communities via relevant content, events, digital and offline initiatives
  • Own and manage influencer programs
  • Coordinate social selling programs
  • Running customer advisory boards activities
  • Use knowledge gained through community to provide insights for marketing strategy and tactics
  • Manage organic social media channels, incl. planning, coordinating, producing and scheduling content
  • Use social listening tools to report on the positioning in relation to our competitors, best practices, and emerging trends
  • Gathering feedback from the community to provide insights to voice of the customer

Requirements

The right candidate will need solid experience and a strong track record in B2B social media and community management. This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting professional with technical acumen who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. We are looking for a professional with:


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B social media and community marketing in (high) tech within a global organization with multiple product lines
  • Degree in (digital) marketing or communication preferred
  • Creative and analytical mindset
  • Excellent English copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Design/video editing skills
  • Attentive to details as well as quality and consistency
  • Ability to see a bigger picture and connect actions to the commercial goals
  • An interest in staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends within social media and community management
  • An interest in event planning, organising and executing
  • Experience working with SEO preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly
  • Fluency in English is a must
