Your role as a Marketing Operations Specialist at Movella
We are looking for someone to support our product marketers and take primary ownership of our HubSpot CMS website.
This is a supportive, execution-focused role: the marketers own the strategy, positioning and messaging, you make it real in our tools and on our website. You are a T-shaped marketer with deeper skills in web, HubSpot, Marketing ops, and broad understanding of campaigns, email, events and outbound. (But do challenge and actively engage us for improvements).
You will work closely with campaign/product marketers, revenue marketing manager and sales, making sure our website, emails and outbound programs are well structured, on-brand and measurable. They set the storyline and goals, you ensure smooth, accurate implementation.
You will be based in Enschede, the Netherlands. Working hybrid is possible, but we strongly prefer a candidate who is willing and able to work onsite at least 2 days per week.
Key challenges:
Build, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns in HubSpot, including email nurtures, landing pages, and workflows
Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting platforms from setup through continuous optimization
Own channel performance reporting, tracking ROI and supporting budget allocation decisions
Audit and improve website SEO and landing page conversion rates in collaboration with Product Marketing and Revenue Marketing Manager
Monitor website performance and user behavior, translating insights into actionable improvements
Collaborate with teams to execute global campaigns, events, and product launches
Job requirements
Movella is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist. Someone who thrives in an environment where your ability to work cross functionally is highly appreciated. You have:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and marketing operations
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) and paid media channels
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
Experience working cross-functionally with product, brand, and regional marketing teams
Basic HTML/CSS skills for tweaks and fixes, you do not need to be a developer, we have a Hubspot partner agency that can support on the tougher challenges.
Data-aware and pragmatic: you care about conversion, not just clicks; you improve things iteratively with a SCRUM approach.
Structured, reliable and detail oriented.
Enjoy working in a supportive role where you enable others to execute great campaigns.
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable using AI-driven tools for drafting and optimizing marketing content
