Your role as an e-Commerce/Digital Marketing Specialist at Movella

As our e-Commerce/Digital Marketing Specialist, your role is to set up and scale the Movella online sales channel worldwide. You will work closely with the entire marketing, sales and product management teams to develop and execute online sales strategies that increase revenue through the Movella B2B webshop for all Movella product lines, incl. Hardware and Software products.

You will be part of the Marketing Team and report to the Marketing Director. 


This role can either be based in Enschede, the Netherlands or Bangalore, India. 



Key challenges:

  • Grow our online revenue channel by defining a roadmap and driving the global eCommerce strategy
  • Own the daily eCommerce operation by closely working with internal (marketing, sales, product management, supply chain, IT) & external (resellers & distributors) stakeholders
  • Continuously experiment & optimize the entire B2B customer journey, including onboarding & follow-up to drive online sales
  • Define, measure, analyze, and report performance online channel metrics to show results and business impact to the broader teams
  • Lead and inform internal teams & external agencies with insightful analysis of optimization opportunities in our online channel
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
  • Support and maintain data hygiene by monitoring a connected ecosystem of marketing technology(HubSpot, Salesforce, Magento, Zapier, Chargebee)

Requirements

The right candidate will have extensive experience and a strong track record in B2B e-Commerce/Digital Marketing.

This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting professional with technical acumen who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. We are looking for a professional with:

  • Fluent English (must), incl. strong English writing skills
  • Degree in digital marketing/e-Commerce preferred
  • 1-2 years of working experience in an international, multi-market B2B company with a diverse product portfolio sold both online & through sales executives
  • Knowledge of the e-Commerce space for B2B applications, incl. various platforms, sales strategies and usability best practices
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS sales is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with different tools (Magento, Zapier, Salesforce and HubSpot)
  • Customer-centric growth mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly
  • Curiosity to constant experimenting and proactivity in looking for new opportunities
