Your role as a Digital Marketing/Demand Generation Specialist at Movella

As our Digital Marketing/Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving demand generation programs across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the entire marketing, sales, and product management teams to build campaigns that create qualified sales opportunities – ultimately increasing revenue.

You will be part of the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Director. This position could be based in either Enschede, the Netherlands,  Halifax, Canada or Bangelore, India. 


Key challenges :

  • Develop and execute predictable and scalable digital campaigns to identify, nurture and convert prospects to opportunities
  • Own email marketing, paid socials, and web advertising channels
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns
  • Continuously measure, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics to show results and business impact to the broader teams
  • Use knowledge gained through campaigning to provide insights for marketing strategy and tactics
  • Be a consultant for internal stakeholders on the channels you manage
  • Constantly improve and extend the digital marketing toolkit to reach and exceed goals
  • Coordinate with all necessary parties, internal and external (e.g., copywriters, creative team, etc.) to have campaigns ready for execution on time

Requirements

The right candidate will need a track record in digital marketing. This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting professional with technical acumen who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. We are looking for a professional with:

  • Fluent English (must), incl. strong English writing skills
  • Relevant internship or work experience in B2B digital marketing in a (high) tech environment
  • Degree in digital marketing preferred
  • Experience with digital multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent level of CRM management (must, preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Solid experience working with tools like HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google, LinkedIn & Facebook ads
  • Experience working with SEO
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly
