Your role as a Demand Generation Specialist at Movella

As our Demand Generation Manager/Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving demand generation programs through diverse digital channels. Collaborating closely with the sales, and product management teams, your role will be pivotal in crafting campaigns that not only generate qualified sales opportunities but also play a crucial role in increasing our revenue. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is inherently growth-minded, not confined to conventional "playbooks," and capable of adapting swiftly to the fast-evolving landscape of a tech company.


You will be part of the marketing team and report to Manager, Digital Marketing. The position is based in Enschede, Netherlands.

Key challenges:

  • Develop Movella's demand generation strategy to efficiently grow qualified sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Execute integrated campaigns from the strategy using a mix of paid, earned, and owned channels to identify, nurture, and convert prospects to opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align on target accounts and run account-based marketing initiatives to support revenue generation.
  • Continuously measure, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics to show results and business impact to the broader teams.
  • Manage and optimize demand generation budget, focusing on the most profitable and efficient marketing channels.
  • Establish and refine repeatable processes and best practices for marketing campaigns and reporting.
  • Be a consultant for internal stakeholders on the channels you manage.

Job requirements

The right candidate will need solid experience and a strong track record in digital marketing.

This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting professional with technical acumen who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. We are looking for a professional with:

  • Fluency in English, including strong writing skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B demand generation in (high) tech within a global organization with multiple product lines.
  • Have directly owned a pipeline target(or sales-qualified leads) and hit it consistently
  • A degree in marketing is preferred
  • Experience with digital multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent level of CRM management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Solid experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google, LinkedIn & Facebook ads
  • Good understanding of SEO
