Your role as an Account Executive at Movella

We are looking for highly motivated sales talent to manage existing (key) accounts and to generate leads and new business for our entertainment business in the EMEA region. Typically our customers are working on developing applications in film, game, advertising and live entertainment.

You will be working closely together with the Senior Account Executives and Products specialists. We will provide you with the right training and tools to become a successful Account Executive. You will become an agent for professional sales with a strong focus on results and you will partner with our Product Specialist, Sales Support, Marketing and Operations to be the driving force behind the growth of our customer base and revenues in EMEA. You will be based in Enschede, the Netherlands.

Key challenges:

  • Responsible for the direct and indirect sales process, aiming at exceeding sales targets
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Responsible for working with the sales & marketing team to identify, interest and onboard new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams as Sales Support, Marketing and Product Management

Job requirements

Movella is looking for a Junior Account Executive with a strong commercial mindset. Someone who thrives in a fast paced high tech environment, where your self-starting attitude and focus on results is highly appreciated. You have:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in business administration, science, animation, human movement science or engineering is preferred, though candidates with other degrees will be considered
  • Commercially savvy
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to plan and execute on a tight schedule
  • Customer centric with a strong focus on results
  • Well organized, disciplined and excellent funnel management
  • Fluent in English is a must, other languages a plus
  • Ability to travel in assigned region up to 30% of time
  • Knowledge of the Character Animation, Game development, Virtual Reality or Design is a big plus
